Cosy Reading Corner

Well, January is a wrap! That went quicker than I thought. But it’s good to look back at the month that was and I sit in my corner and admire the pile of books I have read, with some still to read and have a moment to think.  I want this year to be a slower on  in many ways. Books read and savoured. Memory shelves of future classics stocked up and a sense of adventure that never fades.

There is something about apile of books, a coffee and a shawl with a comfy chair. If I had an open fire,  I would be set. And from this chair, I will have an affair in a hotel room,  wonder who on earth my husband is, spend time in a neighbourhood with a different, wonder why Esther is following me and wonder if Grace or The Future Saints will be lifelong friends.

What book memories do you hope to create and where do you read?
