Books with amazing plot twists

There are some books that stay with you for the ingenious way they twist your expectations on their head. When I read the following, the twists came as both a shock and a very nice surprise. They have stuck with me……

No spoilers! So I admit this is going to be a vague blog but I just want you to read these books!

Shutter Island

Pay attention from the start as the clues are there…

The reveal at the end is just perfect

One of the rare moments where the film is almost as good as the book!

The Little Stranger

The ending is left up to the reader which I don’t normally like….but there are so many good explanations here that it was fun to choose one. And then read it again and think of another…..

Finger Smith

One of the best twists I have ever read. Still applauding the whole concept of this book

The Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle

Mind bending on every level!

And Then There Were None

Many say that The Mousetrap is the cleverest of Agatha’s novels and when you see the play, you’re asked not to give away the ending. It is clever, but the plot of this novel will forever be the best Agatha Christie twist for me. Oh that and The Murder of Roger Ackroyd!
