Gŵyl CRIME CYMRU

Book festivals are always great news. This year the Welsh crime festival  Gŵyl CRIME CYMRU was going to be live, but sadly a certain pandemic put paid to that. HOWEVER it takes more than a worldwide pandemic to put Welsh festival organisers down!

Gŵyl CRIME CYMRU

The festival is going online and there is a  gripping cast of authors waiting to take the online stage! So far, they have…..

Ann Cleeves
Clare Mackintosh
M W Craven
Vaseem Khan
Abir Mukherjee
Mark Billingham
…and many more!

Personally, I think and really recommend you attend this festival. It began with a virtual event in April 2021 and you can still view many of the events on line  on You Tube.  This yea was going to be the first real life, live festival but stupid Covid has put paid to that. Well, just in real life. The online festival was brilliant in its first year and as smooth and professional as those which I’ve been attending for years. I am SO excited about attending this one this year. All the best authors and that lovely Welsh spirit and culture to go with them.

Prepare by taking a look at the books by festival authors above and be sure to visit Wales via books for preparation for this year and for when you can visit  Gŵyl CRIME CYMRU in real life! Imagine how exciting THAT will be!
