I’m off to Cornwall today. Mad I know, it’s December but this book comes out in January and it’s set in the world of Glamping so it’s going to be just as cold then. First chapter in and someone is about to fall or jump off a cliff….

A group of friends are having a reunion at a remote glamping location. Then a death occurs. ooh this is going to be a visit to Cornwall to remember!

A novel to transport you to a glamping site in Cornwall

Well if I didn’t fancy going glamping before, I sure as hell ain’t going after this! Haha it’s a gripping premise for a book though!

At the very start, someone is about to fall from a cliff – or pushed? That is the tease that kept me reading as I had no idea who it was or why they were there. I was totally wrong when I found out!

It’s a gripping read from the off, slow to build but that makes the fall out all the more juicy! I loved the remote Cornish setting – imagine the fires on the beach at night, the luxury tents, the small makeshift community. The story flits back and forth to the events leading up the incident and the police interviews afterwards, Pay attention – there are clues to be had.

In addition to the mystery and ‘incident; this novel is a really twisty journey in to family and friends. Why that particular group should go away with each other is beyond me. Pleased they did for the purpose of this book though!

It was very exciting to get to know this group in Cornwall and as they were individually interviewed by the police. Ooh some complex relations and threads amongst this little lot!

A novel of suspense where nothing is as it seems. I had a great time with this one!
