Map Monday – Edenglassie
Edenglassie
A very interesting location today – one you probably won’t have heard of – as it no longer exists. However this location is a very historical one.

“A tough and moving read about the colonisation of Australia and the indigenous people in 1854-55 . I cried at the injustice of it all – how the indigenous people were treated was utterly shameful. Most point of note is in the 2024 timeline however. It’s here where you can see how far things have changed and improved (sadly, not much)
I had no idea there had been this place called Edenglassie. It felt so interesting going here via this amazing book. A very special novel.”
