What did I just read? This is a look at the dark side, the underbelly of Benidorm but it’s very Almodóvar with its use of imagery and off on a tangent sentences. It was an experience that’s for sure! I would not want to go to Benidorm anytime soon after reading this but it is very memorable. Met a few English gangsters and men from the Russian mafia. Read like a set piece of madness in the Spanish sun.
I didn’t get much of a plot but being thrown in at the deep-end of this kind of setting was an eye opener!
