What you need to know before your trail

David Harwood’s cousin Marla is still traumatised after losing her baby. Understandably, she can’t get over what happened and seems to live in a state of hopelessness. David looks in on her but what he doesn’t expect to find if Marla holding a baby and claiming that it was delivered to her ‘by an angel’.

This is not the only mystery however for there are traces of blood on the door and then later on the body of a woman is found. She’s been stabbed to death and her baby is missing.

Has Marla really done the unthinkable? What will David find out when he starts looking for answers. And will he want what he finds?

Travel Guide

Promise Falls is a broken town. No jobs. No prospects. Not even a newspaper since the Standard went under.  Which means  reporter David Harwood is unemployed.  But there are still things out there for him to look into, like how his cousin Marla has  acquired a baby she swears was given to her by an angel.  And what this baby has to do with a vicious murder on the other side of town.

Promise Falls is fictional and it’s just as well really judging by what goes on there and who lives there. What does go on behind closed doors? STay here long enough and you’ll not only find out but probably get dragged into it.
