What you need to know before your trail

Sarah Smith runs the only bookshop  in the small village of Ashford in Connecticut. She’s happy but her close friend Lil has just become engaged and suddenly she’s started to yearn for a little love herself. But there’s not much choice in a small place like Ashford. She rather likes the heros in her novels but things like that just happen in fiction don’t they?

But then one day the doorbell tinkles and someone walks in who she’s never seen before…

Travel Guide

Ashford Connecticut doesn’t seem to have a bookshop in real life but it should have and Sarah Smith should run it! She loves books and tends to dream about the men and heroes in them, so much so that she spends her time either reading or daydreaming about love.

Enter Sarah’s bookshop and you enter another world – one full of books and wonder, books piled everywhere and a reading room. You can imagine Sarah allowing her finger to drift along the spines as she surveys her book kingdom,, waiting for someone to enter this world so that she might share it with them. She lives her life through books and wonders why everyone else doesn’t do the same.

Ashford seems like such a nice little community – well there’s the Gingerbread cafe there too for a start. So what could be better than a biscuit and a book!?
