Travel Guide

Rubbish Town

Somewhere in Africa and a place of poverty for Chipo and his little sister Gentle who live and scavenge for things on a rubbish site. Papa Fudu owns the site and he always controls what they find and what they can take away with them to sell.

These children have to work every day but for pennies. They are starving, hungry  and forced to do work and live in squalor as no one – certainly not children should have to do. They have no education and no water.

They collect plastic bags and other rubbish but they search for a better life.
