What you need to know before your trail

Pippa might just be in her early twenties but she’s had a lot of growing up to do and fast. Following the death of her parents, she is now the mother to her siblings and has taken over the farm her parents once ran. She would like to meet someone but the only dirty situations she gets herself in, involves mucking out the pigs on the farm.
But then an unexpected blast from the past arrives in the form of Poldark lookalike Ben. He is a mysterious man and has some secrets tucked away in his past. But Pippa has happy memories of the times they spent together and she might just learn to have a little fun after all.

Can life really be a beach? Pippa is dying to find out.

Travel Guide

On the beaches of Cornwall are a happy and picturesque place. Pippa, living on a farm  and looking after animals which include Spongebob the cow and Harry Potter pig, and you just know that this is the kind of farm you’d love to stay yourself for a holiday.
Pippa would be the perfect host  – singing and dancing whilst cleaning out the toilets…..definitely the way of a woman making the best of a situation. And this is the spirit with which she tackles life. Sadly her life is on hold and worries take over so Pippa is not always happy but her bravery and spirit shine through.

Ben has come to Cornwall for his own dose of Cornish magic and  charm and gets more than he bargained for when he meets Pippa. Ben is trying to put the past behind him so Pippa is at first a surprise. As the two grow closer, the magic of Cornwall seems to be enveloping them both.

Open the page and walk thought that gorgeous blue front door of the gleaming white washed home and have a little dream of your own
For the booktrail we revisit some of the place as noted by Harper Collins themselves for being some of the most romantic in Cornwall – for you to find your own Ben!

Booktrailer Review

Samantha:

Laughs from start to finish and if you need another romantic character in the shape and form of Poldark then Ben is your guy, well he could be Pippa’s but you get the idea.

Pippa is someone to look up to having been dealt such a bad hand in life, she takes things on with her own unique style of wit and charm. From the happy toilet dance to the way she names the animals, Pippa would be a great friend and the perfect host to any Cornish retreat we can think of!

The romance between her and Ben grows slowly and it’s not all plain sailing as the childhood links soon reveal a side to Ben he is hoping to escape from. Pippa’s brother Patrick is a great character – although he often deserves a smack – and I was so hoping the romance would not be knocked off course before it had a chance to grow!

Pippa grows and  once she’s given a chance to relax, really enjoys life. It was great getting to know her!
