Welcome to Vienna, the city of Levi Kant

The city of Vienna is mentioned throughout but in the nature of settings, this is a backdrop rather than a guide to the city. The park/lake where the body is found is of course and just outside the city. There is a distinct Austrian flavour and German street names but the city is not the central character in the novel.
