Nine years may have passed since Molly Tanner saw a young girl being kidnapped from a street in downtown Philadelphia but the repercussions of this have lasted all this time particularly since only two days later, the girl is found dead.
Molly falls apart – she had had visions of what was happening and regrets now that she didn’t act on these visions. She escaped the city that reminded her so much of that day and sets up home in nearby Boyds, Maryland which is a close knit and therefore much safer community.
