What you need to know before your trail

Juliet regrets the day her boyfriend Nate dumped her.

She vowed she would give him space and then when she was ready, she told herself she would do anything and everything she could to get him back

So she does. She gets a job at the same airline company he works at and slowly worms her way back into his life. But her plan is only just beginning…

Working as air hostess is taking her from one destination to another, but it’s destination Nate she’s interested in.

Travel Guide

London and worldwide

Working and living in London, Juliet works at the airport at Heathrow and lives in Reading. But she’s trying to move closer to Nate, where they used to live together, in Richmond. But for now, her destination is the airport and her job as an air hostess flying across the world, sometimes on the same plane as him…

The life of an air hostess is not the life of glamour you might think – the training is hard and long, the tasks difficult, the passengers challenging and the job often thankless. They live in a bubble and only ever see their colleagues so life can get very lonely. Social life depends on your colleagues since you are in town for only a short amount of time and so there is no time to make friends or to explore the place you’re in.

Locations she visits include Venice Beach, Frankfurt Barbados, Miami, New York, Delhi, Bangkok and Vegas. Ah Vegas. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas right?

This job sounds like one of the toughest out there so anyone who gets through the training has done some serious legwork. Imagine where else you could use that level of dedication and determination….ie to get a man?

Booktrailer Review

Susan @thebooktrailer

Whoah! A high five of a book! Haha what a rush! Had to read this in one go as that girl just didn’t let go did she? Hell for leather she went out to get her man and get rid of anyone else who gets in her way. Scarily, all of the things she does could happen and that’s what makes it so blinking terryfing! Are there people really like this? It’s more than obsessive – it’s obsessive and very very clever which is a powerful and potent mix.

I was shouting nooo! God what’s she doing now! How did she do that? all the way through. Very engaging and it made me laugh out loud at how brazen she could be. It’s also witty – although my laughter might have been a nervous one, like when you laugh at a very sad moment.

It also gives a very insightful look into the work of a air hostess and what the daily grind is like, how their body clocks change and how they are away in less than glamourous locations. Talking of locations, there’s plenty of them, but you’re not anywhere long enough to appreciate them (very realistic) but Vegas. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas

Characters wise -Nate isn’t the perfect boyfriend by a long shot but is it wrong I was routing for the stalker? What does that say about me? Haha not sure but this had me going! And the heart pumping!

So fast paced it’ll take years off your face as the shock, horror, amazement, incredulity and more keep those muscles moving.
