Cerensthorpe Abbey is a fictional location in Hampshire, England, so Beaulieu Abbey is on the map and this dates back from the 13th Century so would have stood at the time of the novel. It features in the present day thread of the story so, your imagination might take you elsewhere….
London and Kent
From Hampton Court, the jewel in the crown of Henry VIII’s homes and Edenbridge in Kent where Hever Castle still stands. This was the childhood home of Anne Boleyn.
